The COPAG Councillors enjoy resolving the daily concerns of our Parishioners and promote our community issues proactively to our officers at Unitary Council level.

Mr Peter Martin

I am the Clerk /Proper Officer and Responsible Financial Officer to Neen Savage Parish Council.  I live in Chorley.

I qualified as a CILCA  qualified Clerk, HE Level 2 in 1988.  CiLCA is the Certificate in Local Council Administration that is a recognised qualification and a requirement for Quality Council.

Presently I am studying for a Degree in Community Engagement and Governance at Gloucester University: part of this course covers Community Administrative Law and Practice.

I have previously held the position of Shropshire County/Unitary Councillor until 2009; I have also served as a Parish Councillor in Stottesdon.
