Since the new Council took office in May 2013, we are determined to increase transparency in the Council’s procedures and to this effect are publishing the Council’s minutes on line for Parishioners to view.
In addition we have been providing a permanent paper copy of the Minutes, for those without internet access, at the Library in Cleobury Mortimer.
We are also continuing to post Minutes of the preceding meeting on the Church Notice Board.

The meeting of 8th October 2013 was cancelled due to libelous and aggressive notices which were unlawfully being posted on the Parish Notice Boards and which caused serious concern over the safety of our employee the Temporary Clerk.
The March minutes are included but are somewhat shorter than anticipated as the meeting had to be adjourned (due to public disorder).
The April minutes are included but are somewhat shorter than anticipated as the meeting had to be adjourned (due to public disorder).
The May meeting was held under the exclusion of the Press and the Public as it was a resumption of the April meeting from the point of the resolve. The meeting was to discuss employment matters. As this meeting was a continuation of the April Meeting from the point of the resolve, no members of the Press or Public were admitted.
The Minutes of the Meeting of 28th May 2014 were approved at the Annual Meeting of the Council of 2nd June 2014.
There is currently an issue with the Council’s software which is delaying the issue of pdfs. Minutes continued to be displayed on the Parish Notice Boards.
